Strike II...

Ok.  Here's the plan, as it stands:

Since we keep tomorrow's performance - No change to next week's schedule.  4 performances total (2/15, 2/20, 2/21, 2/22).  Pickups as scheduled.

Y'all...hang in there.  This is pretty freaking far from what we planned.  From here I'm super confident, though, we'll get in a strong set of shows, and plenty of folk to see your amazing work.  Go through your shows at home, visualize, and keep your eyes open tomorrow for more information.

Snowpocalypse, pt. I

Well...called it.

Ok, self-pity over.  Here's the plan:

One day off doesn't change anything.  I'll send an email out to the folks with tickets tonight to get them exchanged, but we are down to 5 performances.  I think we'll be fine in terms of getting folks in to see our shows.

Let's hope for a good melt tomorrow!  Hope to see you after a cozy 2 hour late start.

It's Show Week!!!

 

Congrats, folks...you've earned it.  Here we go.

This week, there're a couple of things to have folks track as we go forward into performance:

1) Calls this week will depend on your show: Complete Works (Mgmt, Crew, Cast, Costume) at 530pm; The Wolves (Cast, Mgmt, Crew) at 600pm each night (except Monday, which I'll note later).

2) Spirit Days are as follows:

Monday: Director day: Dress like your director!
Tuesday: Dress as the other show
Wednesday: Pre game outfit (wolves specific)
Thursday: plate day
Friday: post show outfit (wolves specific)

3) Check in 108 on Thursday to get your show plate...and wear it proudly!

4) Call for The Wolves is 400pm on Monday.  We'll do the warmup, then run the swings show.  Then, we'll break for dinner, get into costume and hair, and run the show at 730p.

Hey there, folks!

If you are a member of the costume/hair/makeup/run crew team for the winter rep shows, your remaining calls are linked below.  Your calls begin Wednesday with a chance to watch Complete Works at 400pm.  Remember, there are no conflicts for the run of show process.  You are expected to attend, in full, every time for the dates on the calendar below.

Also, as it pertains to snow days, assume we are on until you hear from me directly.  Petrocchi and I will be keeping in close contact and monitoring district requirements...you'll know when we do.  Until then, don't assume anything.  Keep an eye on the Remind!

If you are a member of the cast/swing/management team of The Wolves, your remaining calls are linked below.  Remember, there are no more conflicts for the remainder of the process.  You are expected to attend, in full, every time for the dates on the calendar below.  We've been super flexible with folks' calls up to this point...now it's time for the reciprocity (look it up).

Stuff to do on your 4 day weekend...the last day, at least.

Morning, all...and welcome to (almost) the back half of the school year!

Here at IBW, if you're bored, we have a couple of things you can get involved with today:

1) an informal build, starting at 100pm.  if you can come up for an hour or two (or three), we're going to be taking care of a bunch of little low-experience-friendly projects, as we approach February.  come to the stage door next to my car for entry.

2) we have a full Wolves rehearsal at 400pm.  actors, swings, and management...it'll be great to get back in flow.
